TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. To avail this Offer, the customer needs to undertake a successful transaction at Netmeds.
  2. This offer is applicable only on 1st transaction via freecharge on Netmeds
  3. The customer shall receive 10% cashback upto Rs.50, on the transaction value in the form of Freecharge Gift Instrument within 72 (seventy two) hours from the date of transaction which can be redeemed on the Freecharge website or Freecharge application or any other merchant website wherein Freecharge Balance is acceptable, within 1095 days from the date of the credit and is non-transferable.
  4. This Offer is valid on Netmeds website and app only.
  5. If first ever transaction is cancelled or failed, customer is not eligible for the cashback again
  6. This Offer is valid from 01st May to 31st July 2020.
  7. This offer is not applicable on Netmeds transactions via UPI.
  8. The Offer is valid only once per Freecharge Account/device/mobile number till 31st July 2020.
  9. The entire invoice amount has to be settled using Freecharge Balance, partial payment through Freecharge Balance is not allowed.
  10. In case of order cancellation, refund by Freecharge Wallet will be processed within 7 to 10 working days
  11. In case of complete or partial order cancellation/return, the entire cashback amount will be deducted from the total refund.
  12. Freecharge reserves the right to disqualify any Freecharge Account from the benefits of this offer in case of any fraudulent activity/suspicious transactions.
  13. Freecharge reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this offer or discontinue this offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. In case of any disputes, Freecharge’s decision shall be final.
